Our team is highly qualified and experienced. We have left our high paying corporate jobs for the love of training. We regularly conduct workshops at various companies/schools where we have trained the top level executives/principals.
We are going to be personal mentors and guides to your employees, identifying roadblocks through our software based tests. There will be regular feedback sessions to monitor their progress. This cannot be achieved by all without a proper mentor and that’s where we along with our monitoring software play our part.
After conducting several workshops at various corporate firms we realized that although people are extremely happy with our activity based content, there are certain mental roadblocks and certain issues that employees still have which can be eliminated only through personal coaching. So, here we ensure a constant amiable follow-up drill in the aspects of productivity. Thus we call ourselves, “Personal Productivity Coaches”.
Q. Will the program be specifically catered to the needs of my organization?
We understand that every organization that we work with is different and hence we devote a lot of time in developing an organization and person specific plan.
Here we would be spending time with the higher management to understand the company’s needs and accordingly set tests for each employee individually. Later we would extensively work with each employee individually to check whether the employee is actually performing according to expectations.
